Young Scientists Grants

Young microbiologists can apply for Young Scientist Meeting Grants (YSMG) kindly sponsored by FEMS. The award per person will be 500 Euros. Applicants are expected to participate in the conference by giving an oral or poster presentation.

FEMS requires that a Young Scientist Meeting Grantee is:

• A member of a FEMS Member Society, confirmed by any officer of her/his society
• Less than 35 years of age at the closing date of the conference
• An active microbiologist
• A presenting author of the abstract (present at the conference)
